We're the lender.
You'll own the land.
Banks won't do this.
So we do.
Traditional lenders typically refuse to finance raw, undeveloped, rural land — especially at the price points we offer. The loan amounts are too small, the collateral doesn’t fit their models, and the approval process would take longer than the deal makes sense.
This locks millions of everyday buyers out of land ownership — not because they can’t afford it, but because the financial system wasn’t built with them in mind. We built Pickstone to fix exactly that.

Financing questions,
answered plainly.
Do I really need no credit check to qualify?
Yes, really. We never pull your credit — not even a soft inquiry. Approval is guaranteed on all of our owner-financed properties. Your credit score, history, or lack thereof has absolutely no bearing on your ability to buy land with us.
How is 0% interest possible?
We acquire land at a discount—below market value—and pass those savings along through affordable pricing. Our business model doesn’t rely on interest income. We make our margin on the purchase-and-sale spread, so we can offer 0% interest on all financing without subsidizing it from somewhere else.
It’s not a promotional rate, just how we operate!
Can I choose my own monthly payment amount?
Many listings offer multiple payment options, typically two to three different monthly amounts at different terms. You choose the level that fits your budget. If none of the listed options work for your situation, just reach out. We’ll see what we can arrange directly.
Can I finance land under an LLC or trust?
Yes. The purchase agreement and eventual deed can be issued in your individual name, jointly with a spouse or partner, under an LLC, a revocable living trust, or other legal entity. Just let us know your preferred vesting when you’re ready to reserve.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Life happens. If you’re having trouble making a payment, reach out to us directly before it becomes a problem. We’re a small, owner-operated business, and we work with buyers personally. Your purchase agreement will outline the specific default terms, which we’ll walk you through before you sign.
Can I use the land while I'm still making payments?
Yes. Once your purchase agreement is signed, you have the right to access and use the property — camp, park an RV, hike, plan your build — whatever the zoning permits. You don’t have to wait for the deed to start enjoying your land.
What type of deed will I receive when I finish paying?
You’ll receive a Warranty Deed: the strongest form of property title transfer available. It guarantees that you receive clear, unencumbered ownership with no hidden liens or claims. This is the same type of deed used in traditional home real estate transactions.
How much is the down payment to get started?
Down payments vary by property, but they’re always kept small and accessible. Most parcels require a deposit in the range of a few hundred dollars. Some listings are available with $0 down. Each listing page shows the down payment clearly alongside the monthly payment options.
